I'm still obsessing over If It's With You colour grading and lighting. As I said before I'm loving the visual of this show.
The way they use light for each of these boys is delightful to me. Because I can't stop seeing it.
Ryuji is always the source of light and the warmth for Amane. Amane brings the cold. The blue in this case. When he is having dinner with the family the blue is behind him. The warm light is where Ryuji and his family are.

Ryuji is literally and figuratively the light and warmth in Amane's life.

He's standing in the light. Even when he's not there, like in the second picture, the source of light is the notebook that Amane is preparing for Ryuji.

But my absolute favorite moment, is this.

He's literally running away from the light when he's running away from Ryuji. The blue occupies more and more space as he keeps running away.

This show is making crazy. I'm living for it. This show is giving me everything I need. I love them.
